Cancellation Policy at RENEW

At Renew Clinic, we understand that appointments will need to be changed and cancelled from time to time. In order to facilitate our clients we ask for at least 24 hours notice in these instances.

Please note our specific policies below:

• A credit card is required when booking your appointments in advance.
• 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation charge applies.
• If you fail to show for an appointment (without any prior notice), a 100% cancellation charge will be applied.
• The charges will be made automatically without notification.
