Sinead Gallagher

Sinead Gallagher qualified from St. Vincent’s University Hospital Dublin as a Registered General Nurse in 1997. She has a Higher Diploma in Wound Management and Tissue Viability and is a qualified Colonic Hydrotherapist. Following her qualification she worked as a nurse in St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin and St.Vincent’sHospital, Sydney Australia. 

Sinead is an experienced laser nurse and has completed all of her advanced laser application training and has a Diploma from Manchester University in laser therapy. Sinead recognises that it is essential for any Aesthetic Nurse to keep up to date with advances in skincare, machinery and injecting techniques and she is constantly striving to improve her knowledge of and experience in advanced skin-care. She regularly attends aesthetic conferences and training courses.

Having suffered from acne herself as a teenager and young adult, Sinead has a keen interest in improving and diminishing acne.

“We see so many people come into the clinic with adult on-set acne. I suffered from acne myself and so I know the effect it can have on someone. This is why I get great satisfaction and find it so rewarding when I can help improve my clients’ acne ” 

Renew Aesthetic Clinic opened its second Aesthetic Clinic clinic in February 2013 in Naas where they continue to offer all the latest advances in skin care and all the up to date technologies.

Jeanette Dunne

Jeanette qualified as a general nurse in 1997 from St Vincent’s Hospital were she was staffed on St Agnes ward specialising in plastic surgery working with Dr Tom O Reilly and Ms Margaret O Donnell. She then spent two years working as nurse manager for a private plastic surgery provider. As her interest in non-surgical treatments grew, she took a position as product manager for Restylane Facial Filler with Tekno surgical. She trained in London to safely inject and understand facial filler treatments and how best to use them.

In 2006 she opened Renew Aesthetic Clinic with St Vincent’s class mate Sinead Gallagher. Jeanette has continued to train and update her facial filler skills over the last 10years, attending numerous training days with renowned injectors like Dr Micheal Prager and Dr Kate Goulding.

” I have seen changes in the way we inject filler and Botox over the last five years,now we treat the face as a whole to give a natural youthful apperance to the facial features we want to look great for our age not frozen in time.Our skin condition has also become so important to maintaining a fresh appearance. Great cosmeceutical grade skin care has made this possible.”

Over the last 12 months she has had the great fortune of working with Dr Rachael Eckel at Renew Clinic. Jeanette has also obtained an advanced laser applications diploma form Manchester University making her an experienced laser nurse.During her busy year she always finds time to attend the FACE Aesthetic conference in London.This is a must for any Aesthetic practitioner as we get to see and discuss all the new aesthetic products,machines and attend lectures and work shops that keep all her skills current ,offering all her clients the best and most current skin care advice and using the safest and most effective injecting techniques.

Dr. Killian Bates 


Dr. Bates is a General Practitioner with a special interest in disorders of the skin. He qualified at Trinity College, Dublin, and did his hospital dermatology work at Lincoln in the UK, while training in General Practice. He completed the prestigious Dermatology Diploma at Cardiff University (DPD Cardiff), and is a member of the Primary Care Dermatology Society (PCDS), and of the Primary Care Surgical Association (PCSA). He has continued regularly to attend meetings and seminars, including those held in London by the British Cosmetic Dermatology Subgroup (BCDS), and has received training in the safe and effective administration and use of cosmetic injectables, dermal fillers, and anti-wrinkle injections.

Dr. John Quinn


Dr. Quinn has performed thousands of cosmetic procedures and has a great passion for aesthetic medicine. In 2014, he carried out over 3,500 cosmetic procedures. He is also clinical trainer in facial revolumisation techniques and has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology.
He has been in practice in aesthetic medicine since 2005, having worked for both Harley Medical Group and SKIN. He is a full member of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors and has completed certification in dermal fillers and botulinum toxin.

Patients remark on his gentle manner and his ability to rejuvenate the face without completely freezing it! They are surprised at how painless his treatments are and how natural the results look. His practice continues to grow mainly by word of mouth, as a result of satisfied patients telling their friends.

  • Dr Quinn actively participates in continuing medical education, including:
  • Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dermatology, a university diploma course at Queen Mary University in London in 2010; which he says has been of huge benefit managing the common skin problems that his patients present at the clinic.
  • Dermoscopy course at the University of Cardiff
  • BTEC qualification in lasers and light based treatments at Mapperley Park in Nottingham

Dr Quinn is a Local Country Ambassador for Allergan, the company that manufactures Botox and Juvederm Ultra. This honour has been bestowed on only a few select, expert practitioners in the UK. He has also been chosen by Allergan as a clinical trainer in facial revolumisation techniques, using Juvederm Voluma.

In 2012, he was appointed to the new CODE-AFA Multi Discipline Advisory Board Team at the Association for Facial Aesthetics.

Nicola Lynch

Nicola has over 12 years Aesthetic experience making her highly qualified nurse specialist. Nicola trained at Our Lady’s of Lourdes hospital and qualified as a general nurse in1997. After staffing on a surgical ward she moved to St Vincent Hospital where she worked in Oncology. Nicola then realised that her passion for skincare was growing and took up a position in a leading private surgery provider were she was nurse manager for four years.

It was here she gained her in-depth knowledge and experience of treating the ageing face. She has trained extensively in all aspects of Aesthetic medicine carrying out treatment like facial filler for lines and wrinkles, Sclerotherapy for leg veins, radio frequency for skin tightening, Platelet Rich Plasma for skin rejuvenation. She has also a vast knowledge of skincare ingredients that provide the maximum benefits on the skin.

“I love to see the vast improvement that can be achieved by treatments so advanced that there is no downtime required, so that busy women and men can still carry on with their everyday life. Now treatments offer a natural youthful look that clients feel comfortable and happy with.”

Nicola continues to update her skill and knowledge attending FACE and ACE in London annually two of the leading Aesthetic conferences and training with injectors like Dr. Kate Goldie and Dr. Michael Prager.

Caroline Gordon

Caroline has spent the last 15 years working in the Aesthetic/Cosmetic field. She owned her own Aesthetic Clinic in Drogheda for 7 years and then went on to work with leading Dermatologist in the Beacon Clinic before coming to work at Renew Aesthetic Clinic Drogheda.  As a result, she has gained a wealth of knowledge, experience, and understanding of the aesthetic industry. Caroline is an experienced and advanced injector of facial filler and is Clinical Nurse Specialist for Ultherapy. She has also developed a wealth of knowledge and understanding of treating medical skin condition like acne, rosacea and an ageing face.

Caroline is constantly training and updating her skills and keeps up to date with the latest treatments and new techniques by attending medical aesthetic conferences both here and abroad.
