The Growth Factors that we find in the platelets regulate the remodelling of the skin and allow to hydrate, improve the elasticity, less open pores, less deeper lines, and clear the dark spots, as a result, your skin looks smoother with a booster of their appearance. IT IS A FACT!.

When PRP is used in combination with other therapies, such as laser treatments, micro-needling, and dermal fillers, further improvements in skin appearance are achieved.

Platelets and hair growth: What’s the connection?

Platelets promote cell growth and regeneration, this concentration of platelets is useful, because platelets secrete growth factors than are thought to assist in wound healing and tissue regrowth. When it comes to hair loss, the platelets are injected into the scalp to reach the bottom of the hair follicle, with a stimulation of a population of cells named dermal papilla cells, which play a critical role in hair growth.

A blood extraction is performed on the patient, which after centrifuging separates the growth factors from the rest of the blood. The plasma rich in Growth Factors is reinjected into the patient and after that, the Microneedling technique is performed, which are injections with very fine and small needles that has proved to be superior to conventional mesotherapy, naturally using local anesthesia.

A series of treatments with PRP is necessary for significant improvement of hair density. It is recommended you undergo a series of monthly injection treatments until improvement seen, then follow with maintenance treatments every 3-6 months going forward
