Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all services, treatments, and purchases at Renew Skin Clinic. By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or buying a course/package, you agree to the following:

1. Vouchers

- Gift vouchers purchased from Renew Skin Clinic do not have an expiry date.
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers may be used towards any treatment or product, unless otherwise specified.

2. Prepaid Courses and Treatments

- All prepaid treatments or courses must be used within 12 months (1 year) of purchase.
- Any remaining sessions not used within this period will be forfeited.
- Prepaid courses are non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
- Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in a treatment being deducted from your prepaid course or a cancellation fee being charged.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

4. Medical Conditions & Suitability

- It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your treatment.
- Certain treatments may not be suitable for all clients; our practitioners reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

5. Results & Aftercare

- Results may vary depending on the individual and cannot be guaranteed.
- Aftercare advice will be provided where relevant, and clients are responsible for following it to achieve the best possible results.

6. Liability

- Renew Skin Clinic accepts no responsibility for personal property brought onto the premises.
- We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from treatments where full disclosure of medical history or aftercare has not been followed.

7. Refund Policy

- Payments for treatments, packages, or courses are non-refundable.
- In exceptional cases, at the discretion of management, credit may be applied to an alternative treatment.

8. General

- Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

9. Deposits

- A €50 deposit may be required to secure certain bookings.
- This deposit is fully redeemable against treatments booked or products purchased at Renew Skin Clinic.
- Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or non-attendance.
