Gift vouchers purchased from Renew Skin Clinic do not have an expiry date.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers may be used towards any treatment or product, unless otherwise specified.

All prepaid treatments or courses must be used within 12 months (1 year) of purchase.
Any remaining sessions not used within this period will be forfeited.
Prepaid courses are non-transferable and non-refundable.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your treatment.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for all clients; our practitioners reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Results may vary depending on the individual and cannot be guaranteed.
Aftercare advice will be provided where relevant, and clients are responsible for following it to achieve the best possible results.

Renew Skin Clinic accepts no responsibility for personal property brought onto the premises.
We are not liable for any adverse effects resulting from treatments where full disclosure of medical history or aftercare has not been followed.

Payments for treatments, packages, or courses are non-refundable.
In exceptional cases, at the discretion of management, credit may be applied to an alternative treatment.

Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

A €50 deposit may be required to secure certain bookings.
This deposit is fully redeemable against treatments booked or products purchased at Renew Skin Clinic.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) or non-attendance.
